Neat little fossil of the extinct prehistoric fish Dastilbe. Over 100 million year old!

Dastilbe is an extinct genus of prehistoric bony fish from Brazil that lived during the Aptian stage of the Early Cretaceous epoch.

Specific origin: Santana Formation in Brazil.

Great for teaching kids about fossils.
